Privacy Policy

PrintCAD is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies.
1. What stays on your device
Your models, settings and language choice are stored only in your browser (IndexedDB / localStorage / offline cache) and in files you download. They are never sent to our servers unless you choose to create a share link.
2. Donations

Payment details (card numbers, PayPal account, email, address) are handled by PayPal and are never shown on the site. Your display name and message are public — leave them empty to appear as "Anonymous".
2-1. Share links
When you click Share, a copy of that model (the project file and a preview mesh) and its name are stored so anyone with the link can view or copy it. No personal information is attached. To protect against abuse we keep a daily-rotating, one-way hash of the IP address. Email us the link to have a shared model deleted.
2-2. Error reports and statistics
If something breaks, the browser sends the error message, the page address and the browser type so we can fix it (no model data, no personal information; kept 30 days). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or cross-site tracking.

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to change, hide or delete your supporter entry at any time by emailing [email protected] with your PayPal transaction ID.
