Terms of Service

1. About the service

PrintCAD (printcad.app, the "Service") is a free, browser-based 3D modeling tool for 3D printing. You can use it without creating an account.

2. Your models

• You own everything you create with PrintCAD. Your models are stored only in your own browser and in files you save to your computer. We do not upload or store your designs.
• Do not use the Service to create or distribute content that infringes others' intellectual property, or items whose manufacture or possession is illegal where you live.

3. Donations

• Donations are voluntary support for the Service and do not purchase any goods, features or services.
• Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal's own terms. Refund requests can be sent to [email protected] within 14 days.
• The display name and message you enter when donating are shown publicly in the supporters list. We may hide messages that are offensive, misleading or spam.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that models are dimensionally accurate, strong enough or suitable for any purpose — please check your parts before relying on them. Save important work to your computer regularly; browser storage can be cleared.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from the use of the free Service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site at least 7 days before they take effect.
