What lid clearance should I use?
0.2–0.3 mm works on most FDM printers. The default 0.25 mm gives a snug lid; increase it if the lid is too tight.
Are the dimensions inside or outside?
Width, depth and height describe the box body; subtract twice the wall thickness for the usable inside space.
