What thread clearance should I use?
0.2 mm (default) suits a printed bolt in a printed nut. Lower it to 0.1 mm for a metal bolt, raise it to 0.3 mm if the fit is too tight.
How should I print a nut?
Lay it flat on the bed. Thin layers (0.1–0.15 mm) give the cleanest threads.
